Liquid Factory represented a new way to build product robotically. This involved robotically dispensing Polyurethane. Footwear was built without the use of molds and we were able to create product without the impact of local labor rates. Designs were made to leverage the new medium and process. The concept was to ultimately build product locally in the country of distribution. Built by robots. This effort generated a huge amount of press and media for the brand as it represented a completely new way to manufacture footwear. A limited run of footwear was produced and several years of exploration was generated by talented team.
ZIG tech
ZIG was a geometric foam that was created to take advantage of the rubber/ eva material combination creating a unique feel and visual. 21 million pairs were sold in the first year. This has become iconic product in Reebok’s catalog and a cornerstone in their business plan. This visual generated an abundance of press as well as a design award from Surface magazine .
ATV-19
This new geometric foam platform was designed with cylindrical elements that function as independent pistons providing a unique traction experience on uneven terrain. As a result a unique visual was created, driving a distinct look. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson was the athlete that was the face of this product. Perfect. All-Terrain Vehicle 19 pistons.
HEX platform evolution
The HEX shapes harken back to REEBOK’s technology history. This was an effort to reinvent this iconic platform. A variety of different materials and interpretations were executed to kick start this effort. The hex shape is used in all aspects of the product.
NIKE product
This series of images are a mix of cross training footwear, various sketches, and eyeware concepts . The Crosstraining product was extremely successful in the marketplace. A small sampling.
REEBOK BASKETBALL
The Kamikaze basketball footwear supercharged the basketball category and created a distinct graphic visual direction that was used to generated the next few years of product throughout the brand. This has been reissued a number of times since it’s first release.
CYCLING INSPIRED FOOTWEAR
Some tumbled leather lifestyle as well as spinning cycling product manufactured by Louis Garneau. The design language was derived from tradition cycling footwear as well as speed skating boots and mountain biking footwear.
REEBOK/ ADIDAS LACROSSE
This product forged a new product approach using “vent” holes in order to reduce swing speed drag. Adidas branding took over the product and a change in visuals was the next step in creating product for this new client/ owner. A number of design patents were generated in this successful product collection.

This series of product represent running, classics, walking , lifestyle, cross training, parcour as well as other categories. There are shoes from POLO SPORT hiking + running which was produced by REEBOK for a number of years.

SUSTAINABLE PRODUCT
Cotton + Corn represented an effort build lifestyle shoes ( and some packaging ) with Plant-based materials. The second effort, FloatRide GROW was the first performance running shoe built with Castor oil, eucalyptus and algae.
TONING PRODUCT
This product was created by repackaging an older technology to create two domes on which to keep the user off balance and thus work harder and burn calories. This was verified in two unconnected labs. This product sold 25 million pairs in the first year.
METAL WORK + INSTRUMENTS
